Prior to Kraton, he worked for Oldcastle, the North American subsidiary of CRH plc (NYSE \u201cCRH\u201d), where he was a Senior Vice President for Development and Strategy from 2005 to 2011. Before Oldcastle, Mr. Burke was a consultant at Bain &amp; Company. He started his career at ExxonMobil, serving in a variety of roles in Europe and the United States.
